From August 30 to September 1, 2013, the LoanMart team is prepared to join an influx of east and west coast drivers to take on the Crandon International Off Road Raceway in Wisconsin, one of the biggest and most notable off-road racing tracks in the country. Drivers will get behind the wheel for the World Championship Off-Road Races, with top drivers taking on the track in an adrenaline-filled weekend of fast cars and stiff competition.

Crandon is famous for its Land Rush start, where vehicles are side by side in a standing start, racing around the 1.25-mile track for the bragging rights of being crowned the world champion in each class. This year’s LoanMart drivers include Austin Kimbrell and Robby Woods in the AMSOIL Pro 2WD class, and RJ Anderson and Andrew Caddell is the Traxxas Pro Light class.

Austin Kimbrell and Robby Woods will be pitted against some of the top racing legends in the PRO 2WD category, including Dan McMillan, Mike Porter, Robbie Pierce, and Jesse Jones. The stacked field of competitors promises an exciting race from start to finish. These competitors will take on defending PRO 2WD champion Brian Menzies and Rob MacCachren, who has been dominant in past RedBud/TORC rounds. RJ Anderson and Andrew Caddell, a former TORC Pro Light champion, will face a field of hungry competitors in the Traxxas Pro Light class.

The competition is the longest running short course off-road race in the nation, and every year thousands of fans and drivers converge on the small logging town of Crandon to watch the excitement unfold. The track was once 1.75-mile long, but has since been shortened to a 1.25-mile lap to provide a better viewing experience for spectators who want to see every turn of the race without missing out.
